as intermediary in the wholesale inter bank deposit and OTC interest rate derivatives
markets. As name give-up broker or name passing broker in these markets HMS
provides access to worldwide pools of liquidity and arranges transactions for

quotes on request to counterparties in order to facilitate such counterparties
